Les propriétaires de cet immeuble sont connus depuis 1671. D'après le style général de la façade et de la ferronnerie, la construction du balcon doit être postérieure à 1783. La façade est percée de quatre baies par étage, avec une porte d'entrée encadrée de deux boutiques en rez-de-chaussée. Le balcon du premier étage, au-dessus de la porte, est un balcon droit et se compose de trois panneaux, deux carrés encadrant un panneau central rectangulaire. Les panneaux des retours, seuls, sont à volutes dissymétriques. Les autres sont symétriques par rapport à l'axe vertical. Au panneau central, un médaillon ovale contient les lettres HH au-dessus de deux ancres entrecroisées. Il est soutenu par deux grands C accolés, et raccordé à de longues volutes ramifiées dont les longues ondulations convergent vers un oeil commun à deux ou trois de ces spirales. L'encadrement est double, avec demi-volutes dans les angles. Les fleurons des deux panneaux latéraux comportent une double couronne florale à sept pétales, celui de l'axe étant agrémenté d'une petite tige ondulée qui marque la symétrie. Entre les deux fenêtres de gauche, en haut du trumeau, se trouve une pierre incrustée, sculptée d'une colombe.

History
The owners of this building have been known since 1671. According to the general style of the façade and the ironwork, the construction of the balcony must be later than 1783. The façade is pierced by four openings per storey, with an entrance door framed by two shops on the ground floor. The balcony of the first floor, above the door, is a straight balcony and consists of three panels, two square ones framing a central rectangular panel. The panels of the returns, alone, have asymmetrical scrolls. The others are symmetrical with respect to the vertical axis. On the central panel, an oval medallion contains the letters HH above two crossed anchors. It is supported by two large joined C's, and connected to long ramified scrolls whose long undulations converge towards a common eye shared by two or three of these spirals. The frame is double, with half-scrolls in the angles. The finials of the two lateral panels feature a double floral crown with seven petals, that of the axis being embellished with a small undulating stem that marks the symmetry. Between the two windows on the left, at the top of the mullion, is found an inlaid stone, carved with a dove.
