Le grand quadrilatère dénommé hôpital Ruffi est édifié d'après les plans de Charles Durand en 1830. History
In operation from 1313 to 1934, the hospital buildings were rebuilt after the Wars of Religion (chapel in 1660; cloister in 1663). Monumental portal designed by Dardalhon in 1740. The choir of the chapel comprises an Italian-style ceiling with vault and painted decoration of false marbles. The high altar, its marble reredos and the communion table are due to Mazzety (1783). The great quadrilateral called Ruffi hospital is built according to the plans of Charles Durand in 1830. This monumental ensemble was mutilated in 1937 by the destruction of the portal of Charles Durand, and in 1978 by that of the cloister.
