Le socle était anciennement situé sur le chemin de Lapeyre, en bordure du V.O. 3 à Vendémies, hameau situé à 6 kilomètres au sud-ouest de Limoux (et réuni à celle-ci en 1965). Actuellement, le socle se trouve dans l'église de Vendémies, derrière l'autel. C'est un socle en grès, gravé, surmonté d'une croix de facture très rustique.

History
The base was formerly situated on the path of Lapeyre, on the edge of the V.O. 3 at Vendémies, a hamlet situated 6 kilometres south-west of Limoux (and united with it in 1965). Currently, the base is located in the church of Vendémies, behind the altar. It is a base in sandstone, engraved, surmounted by a cross of very rustic workmanship.
