Malgré de probables transformations postérieures, la ferme est un exemple dun type darchitecture vernaculaire du nord-est de la Haute-Saône, composée du logis et de la partie exploitation : grange, écuries et pressoir à huile. Située de lautre côté de la rue au-dessus dun bief (comblé) , la clouterie conserve lune de ses 2 roues hydrauliques, plusieurs éléments de transmission (arbres, poulies) , quelques machines, ainsi que de loutillage et matériel divers.

History
The ensemble comprises a farm and a nail-maker's workshop, appearing on the 1833 cadastral plan and belonging at that time to nail-maker J.F. Hory. Despite probable later transformations, the farm is an example of a type of vernacular architecture of the north-east of Haute-Saône, composed of the dwelling and the exploitation area: barn, stables and oil press. Located on the other side of the street above a mill stream (filled in), the nail-making workshop retains one of its 2 hydraulic wheels, several transmission elements (shafts, pulleys), some machines, as well as various tools and equipment.
