Historique
Fondée en 1153, la construction de l'église débute dans un style roman bourguignon. De ce premier édifice subsistent le portail et une travée de choeur. La nef est rebâtie au 13e siècle. Au 14e siècle, la chapelle Saint-Jean-Baptiste est reconstruite à l'emplacement d'une chapelle primitive. En 1524, le chevet est abattu de sorte à agrandir le choeur d'une travée avec abside. Entre 1555 et 1590, la nef est prolongée d'une travée. Entre 1557 et 1563, deux nouvelles chapelles sont ajoutées. L'église d'origine, avec sa façace du 13e sècle, disparaît complètement lors de ce remaniement et les ajouts adoptent le style gothique. En 1774-1775, reconstruction du clocher détruit par un incendie. De nouveaux vitraux sont installés en 1945 puis 1970.

History
Founded in 1153, the construction of the church begins in Burgundian Romanesque style. From this first building remain the portal and one bay of the choir. The nave is rebuilt in the 13th century. In the 14th century, the chapel of Saint-Jean-Baptiste is reconstructed at the location of a primitive chapel. In 1524, the chevet is demolished so as to enlarge the choir by one bay with apse. Between 1555 and 1590, the nave is extended by one bay. Between 1557 and 1563, two new chapels are added. The original church, with its 13th-century façade, disappears completely during this remodelling and the additions adopt Gothic style. In 1774-1775, reconstruction of the bell tower destroyed by fire. New stained glass windows are installed in 1945 then 1970.
