History
The rue du Commerce is the oldest street in the old centre of Lons-le-Saunier, and, with its arcades, the most characteristic. House attested at the beginning of the 17th century, rebuilt from 1731. It possesses a façade with regular and careful composition, decorated with wrought iron. It consists of three parallel building sections. Some decorative elements from the 18th and 19th centuries are preserved in the building section on the street.
