Le fonds de l'hôtel a été constitué dans les années 1688 grâce à l'achat de trois maisons contiguës. De cette époque subsiste probablement le grand escalier en maçonnerie à retours. Dans les années 1720, l'escalier d'honneur est mis au goût du jour par la destruction du mur déchiffre et son remplacement par une rampe en ferronnerie. Des aménagements intérieurs sont réalisés entre 1754 et 1755. Du milieu du 18e siècle datent probablement la partie au-dessus de la porte cochère ainsi que le bâtiment des latrines, les deux remises et l'écurie. History
The estate of the hotel was established in the years 1688 through the purchase of three adjoining houses. From this period probably survives the large masonry staircase with returns. In the years 1720, the staircase of honour is brought up to date by the destruction of the wall and its replacement by an ironwork ramp. Interior arrangements are carried out between 1754 and 1755. From the middle of the 18th century probably date the part above the carriage gate as well as the latrine building, the two coach houses and the stable. Around 1767, certain interior decorations are redone in the Louis XVI style. In 1774, the house adjoining the hotel is purchased by the owner and a pedestrian door is opened in the boundary wall at the end of the courtyard to connect with that of the hotel. Before 1833, the park of the hotel is enlarged and the ironwork boundary railing closing the park is moved to enlarge the courtyard. In 1860, the landscape architect Philippe Michel provides a design for an English-style park which is not executed.
