Historique
Un site hydraulique est attesté au 12e siècle, occupé par un moulin à tan au 17e siècle et par un moulin à blé à partir du début du 18e siècle. Modifié au milieu du 19e siècle, le moulin est agrandi et rééquipé entre 1911 et 1936 par le meunier Ludovic Gélin. Les transmissions et la machinerie subsistantes datent pour l'essentiel de cette époque. Sil nest pas exceptionnel, cet établissement est tout à fait représentatif des moulins de la région. Il a conservé la plupart de ses mécanismes et de ses machines dont la présence, témoignant de deux étapes de lévolution industrielle du milieu du 19e siècle au début du 20e siècle, est particulièrement significative. Cessant son activité en 1960, le moulin a été acquis par la commune et aménagé à des fins touristiques depuis le début des années 1990.

History
A hydraulic site is attested in the 12th century, occupied by a tannery mill in the 17th century and by a grain mill from the early 18th century. Modified in the mid-19th century, the mill was enlarged and re-equipped between 1911 and 1936 by the miller Ludovic Gélin. The existing transmission systems and machinery date essentially from this period. If not exceptional, this establishment is entirely representative of the mills of the region. It has preserved most of its mechanisms and machines whose presence, testifying to two stages of industrial development from the mid-19th century to the early 20th century, is particularly significant. Ceasing operations in 1960, the mill was acquired by the commune and converted for tourism purposes from the early 1990s.
