Pigeonnier-porche de plan carré dont le blason portant la date de 1631 serait celui de la famille des Marais. Il était cantonné à gauche de bâtiments. Le premier niveau permettait l'entrée dans une cour puisqu'il s'agit d'un porche voûté à l'intérieur et percé de deux arcatures en plein cintre (portes cochère et piétonnière), cantonnées de pilastres plats. Cette première partie est en pierre de taille. Elle est cantonnée de contreforts latéraux en glacis. L'élévation postérieure est percée d'une grande arche en arc déprimé. Au-dessus d'un bandeau mouluré se dresse le pigeonnier carré. Un blason inscrit dans un cadre mouluré rectangulaire s'appuit contre ce bandeau. Une aire d'envol ceinture encore le fût du colombier construit en moellons et pierres de taille enduits. L'élévation gauche est percée d'une baie rectangulaire que l'on atteignait pas une échelle pour examiner les boulins. La toiture sous corniche est à quatre pans et surmontée d'un lanternon à girouette. History
Porch dovecote of square plan whose escutcheon bearing the date of 1631 would be that of the Marais family. It was flanked to the left by buildings. The first level allowed entry into a courtyard since it is a porch vaulted within and pierced with two round arches (carriage and pedestrian doors), flanked by flat pilasters. This first part is in ashlar. It is flanked by lateral buttresses in splayed form. The rear elevation is pierced with a large depressed arch. Above a moulded band rises the square dovecote. An escutcheon inscribed within a rectangular moulded frame rests against this band. A flight area still encircles the shaft of the dovecote constructed in rubble stone and ashlar render. The left elevation is pierced with a rectangular opening which one reached by a ladder to examine the nesting holes. The roof with cornice is hipped and surmounted by a lantern with weathervane. Two dormers with paired openings and triangular pediments light this covering, presenting pilasters and acroteria with balls.
