History
The building represents the type of fine bourgeois residences built by the old families of the town, in the early 19th century and in the course of the early 20th century. It is a square house, built in 1800, largely with materials coming from the château de la Meilleraye (for example, the entrance door opening into the courtyard of honour, with engaged columns and pediment from the 17th century).
