Hypogeum discovered in March 1898 and possibly dating to the end of the 4th century. The vault was topped with remains of substructure. The largest sarcophagus, in marble, was lined with a lead coffin which contained the remains of a man. A second sarcophagus, in limestone, also lined with lead, contained the remains of a child. The remains of the building which surmounts the mortuary chamber are in the form of a hexagon alternating, on two of its sides by two, a rectangular room and a semi-circular room. A door closed the hypogeum.
