Selon la tradition, la maison aurait abrité la sénéchaussée mais aucun document ne le certifie. L'angle de la maison est occupée par une tour carrée reposant sur un culot dont les moulures viennent s'amortir à deux mètres environ du sol. A chaque étage, le bandeau horizontal de la façade se continue sur le pourtour de la tourelle mais avec un profil différent. Prenant appui sur cette moulure, un jour rectangulaire s'ouvre sur chaque face.

History
According to tradition, the house would have housed the seneschal's office but no document confirms this. The corner of the house is occupied by a square tower resting on a corbel whose mouldings come to an end approximately two metres from the ground. At each storey, the horizontal band of the façade continues around the perimeter of the turret but with a different profile. Taking support on this moulding, a rectangular opening appears on each face.
