Historique
La cure dépendait de l'archiprêtré d'Aubusson. Elle est citée en 1276. Le chapitre d'Eymoutiers y nommait les curés du 16e au 18e siècle. C'est une église à nef unique, de plan rectangulaire. Le mur de la deuxième travée s'ouvre sur une petite chapelle de plan oblong. Entre les deux contreforts du chevet plat prend place une petite sacristie au plan barlong. A l'angle nord-ouest, une petite tour carrée renferme l'escalier à vis menant aux combles. La façade ouest s'ouvre par un portail à voussures de style gothique limousin. Le clocher est en charpente, couvert d'ardoises. Il comprend une souche et une flèche octogonale vraisemblablement édifiées au 17e siècle. L'intérieur est voûté sur croisées d'ogives.

History
The cure depended on the archpriest of Aubusson. It is mentioned in 1276. The chapter of Eymoutiers appointed the cures from the 16th to the 18th century. It is a church with a single nave, of rectangular plan. The wall of the second bay opens onto a small chapel of oblong plan. Between the two buttresses of the flat chevet is located a small sacristy of barlong plan. In the north-west corner, a small square tower contains a spiral staircase leading to the roof space. The western façade opens through a portal with voussoirs in Limousin Gothic style. The bell tower is of timber framing, covered with slates. It comprises a stack and an octagonal spire probably built in the 17th century. The interior is vaulted on rib vaults.
