Il y aurait eu, en 831, une chapelle qui aurait été donnée par Odacer, évêque de Limoges, à l'église cathédrale de Saint-Etienne. Construite à l'époque romane, l'église a été rebâtie au 13e puis au 15e siècle. De la première église subsistent deux bas-reliefs remployés sur la façade principale. Le portail date du 13e siècle. En plan, l'édifice se compose d'une nef sur plan barlong, précédant un choeur sur plan carré terminé par un chevet plat. Une niche et une chapelle s'ouvrent dans le côté nord.

History
There would have been, in 831, a chapel which would have been given by Odacer, bishop of Limoges, to the cathedral church of Saint-Etienne. Built in the Romanesque period, the church was rebuilt in the 13th then in the 15th century. From the first church two reliefs remain re-used on the main façade. The portal dates from the 13th century. In plan, the building is composed of a nave on oblong plan, preceded by a choir on square plan terminated by a flat chevet. A niche and a chapel open in the north side.
