La maison ayant été construite sur l'emplacement des anciennes murailles du château, démolies au 12e siècle, une forte dénivellation sépare la rue du jardin. La façade postérieure se développe sur quatre étages avec, à gauche, une aile en retour élevée de trois étages. Sur l'aile en retour, au niveau de la petite cour, trois arcs retombant sur des piédroits soutenaient la colonnade supérieure d'ordre ionique, dont il ne subsiste que les parties engagées dans le mur de la façade postérieure et le piédestal de la première travée. L'ensemble est surmonté par une corniche à denticules.

History
The house having been constructed on the site of the ancient walls of the castle, demolished in the 12th century, a steep change in level separates the street from the garden. The rear facade develops over four storeys with, on the left, a return wing raised three storeys. On the return wing, at the level of the small courtyard, three arches falling on pilasters supported the upper colonnade of Ionic order, of which only the parts engaged in the wall of the rear facade and the pedestal of the first bay subsist. The whole is surmounted by a dentil cornice.
