Le patronage de l'église appartenait à l'abbaye de Bénévent. Edifice caractéristique de la région. Construit au 13e siècle ou au début du 14e, il comporte une nef à trois travées sans bas-côté, précédée d'un clocher-porche plus récent dont les contrebutements limousins lui donnent une silhouette typique. Portail à multiples rouleaux. A l'intérieur, chapiteaux sculptés. D'anciens décors peints apparaissent par endroit, remontant sans doute au 17e siècle et recouvrant des peintures plus anciennes. Au 14e siècle, l'église a été fortifiée : les trous de hourds se voient au chevet, ainsi que l'ouverture rectangulaire qui donnait accès au chemin de ronde.

History
The patronage of the church belonged to the abbey of Bénévent. Building characteristic of the region. Built in the 13th century or at the beginning of the 14th, it comprises a nave of three bays without an aisle, preceded by a more recent porch tower whose Limousin buttressing gives it a typical silhouette. Portal with multiple mouldings. Inside, sculpted capitals. Former painted decoration appears in places, probably dating from the 17th century and covering earlier paintings. In the 14th century, the church was fortified: the hourd holes are visible at the chevet, as is the rectangular opening which gave access to the wall-walk.
