Le porche d'entrée et l'aile contiguë flanquée d'échauguettes datent des 16e et 17e siècles. Le parc et l'orangerie sont reconstruits vers la fin du 19e siècle (vers 1888). Le jardin est restauré et transformé entre 1930 et 1950 pour Alain-Paul-Marie-Jean Le Cardinal de Kernier par la paysagiste Marguerite Charageat qui reproduit un jardin régulier d'inspiration médiévale. Le corps de logis a été très modifié entre 1953 et 1960 par l'installation de nombreux éléments en remploi (lucarnes et fenêtres notamment) de provenances diverses.

History
The entrance porch and the adjacent wing flanked with corner towers date from the 16th and 17th centuries. The park and orangery are rebuilt towards the end of the 19th century (around 1888). The garden is restored and transformed between 1930 and 1950 for Alain-Paul-Marie-Jean Le Cardinal de Kernier by the landscapist Marguerite Charageat who reproduces a formal garden of medieval inspiration. The main dwelling was greatly modified between 1953 and 1960 by the installation of numerous reused elements (dormers and windows in particular) of diverse origins.
