Le village des Plats était une ancinne paroisse. La chapelle est nommée église dans des bulles de 1105, 1115 et 1318. Petit sanctuaire rural rectangulaire, construit au 12e siècle. La façade occidentale présente un clocher-mur percé de deux ouvertures en plein-cintre. Le chevet plat est épaulé par un large contrefort en son milieu. A l'intérieur, chapiteaux historiés dans la travée du choeur qui recevaient les pendentifs d'une coupole aujourd'hui disparue et remplacée par un plafond.

History
The village of Les Plats was an ancient parish. The chapel is named church in bulls of 1105, 1115 and 1318. Small rural rectangular sanctuary, built in the 12th century. The western façade presents a porch tower pierced by two round-arch openings. The flat chevet is supported by a wide buttress at its centre. Inside, historiated capitals in the bay of the choir which received the pendentives of a dome now disappeared and replaced by a ceiling.
