La halle est construite suivant un plan rectangulaire comportant six piliers massifs en grès rouge, rejointoyés au mortier de chaux. Dans l'axe des intervalles s'élèvent des colonnes cylindriques qui viennent renforcer le soutien de la charpente. Les tambours qui constituent la colonne sont monolithes. La charpente ménage au centre un vide qui permettait probablement d'entreposer sous les combles les sacs de céréales ou de noix. Elle est en bois de châtaignier ; la couverture en ardoises de travassac.

History
The hall is constructed according to a rectangular plan comprising six massive pillars in red sandstone, pointed with lime mortar. In the axis of the intervals rise cylindrical columns which come to reinforce the support of the roof structure. The drums which constitute the column are monolithic. The roof structure provides in the centre a void which probably allowed storage under the roof space of sacks of cereals or walnuts. It is in chestnut wood; the roof covering in slates from Travassac.
