Edifice d'intérêt archéologique, exemple d'une construction romane montrant une modérature assez primitive, en particulier pour les bases. Cette église était, en 1714 et 1747, une annexe de Curemonte. Elle fut peut-être une cure dont le titulaire aurait passé, avec son titre, à l'église du bourg de Curemonte. Elle était entourée d'un cimetière dont la clôture subsiste partiellement. Dans son voisinage s'élevait le château de Vorti qui fut, lors de la guerre du Bien Public, en 1465, incendié avec l'église et le reste des maisons. L'église resta mutilée. Elle présente une orientation inversée (choeur à l'ouest) et est formée d'un vaisseau de trois travées précédant un choeur en forme d'abside, flanqué au sud d'une chapelle au chevet arrondi. History
Building of archaeological interest, example of a Romanesque construction showing fairly primitive modulation, particularly in the bases. This church was, in 1714 and 1747, an annex of Curemonte. It may have been a rectory whose incumbent passed, with his title, to the church of the town of Curemonte. It was surrounded by a cemetery whose enclosure partially survives. In its neighbourhood stood the château de Vorti which was, during the War of the Public Weal, in 1465, burned down along with the church and the rest of the houses. The church remained mutilated. It has an inverted orientation (choir to the west) and is formed of a single nave of three bays preceding a choir in the form of an apse, flanked on the south by a chapel with a rounded chevet.
