Situé sur le plateau du Vexin, ce moulin à vent du 17e siècle possédait encore ses ailes à la fin du 19e siècle. Il subsiste aujourd'hui une tour tronconique en silex avec bandeaux de calcaire en saillie, à deux portes en opposition. Protégé en 1974 à l'occasion d'une thématique sur les moulins, il a été acquis en 1997 par la commune de Mouflaines, qui a mis à l'étude un projet de restauration et de restitution de l'ensemble du mécanisme.

History
Located on the Vexin plateau, this 17th century windmill still possessed its sails at the end of the 19th century. Today there remains a truncated conical tower in flint with projecting limestone bands, with two opposed doors. Protected in 1974 on the occasion of a survey on mills, it was acquired in 1997 by the commune of Mouflaines, which initiated a study of a project for restoration and reconstruction of the entire mechanism.
