Château construit vers 1530-1535, par Claude Le Roux, conseiller au Parlement de Normandie et seigneur du lieu. C'est un édifice rectangulaire en briques, encadré de tours rondes et pourvu, à l'arrière, d'une haute tour terminée en belvédère abritant un escalier à la " Rihour ". Le logis est situé au centre d'une enceinte ovoïde à mur crénelé, et petites tours rondes pourvues de bouches à feu. Les communs en colombage ont été agrandis vers 1900. De 1897 à 1905, la restauration menée par l'architecte Emile Janet a modifié les façades et la distribution intérieure.

History
Castle built around 1530-1535, by Claude Le Roux, counsellor to the Parliament of Normandy and lord of the place. It is a rectangular building in brick, framed by round towers and provided, at the rear, with a high tower terminated in a belvedere housing a "Rihour" staircase. The main dwelling is situated at the centre of an oval enclosure with crenellated wall, and small round towers provided with gun embrasures. The outbuildings in timber framing were enlarged around 1900. From 1897 to 1905, the restoration conducted by architect Emile Janet modified the façades and the interior layout.
