Historique
L'église présente deux époques de construction qui correspondent à un allongement vers l'ouest de la première nef. Dans son premier état (10e siècle) , l'édifice comportait l'abside telle qu'elle se présente et une nef. A la reprise des travaux (1378) , la longueur de la nef a été augmentée. L'abside semi-circulaire est voûtée en cul de four. £L'abside et les murs latéraux dus à la première campagne de travaux, présentent une maçonnerie en petit appareil de calschiste. La partie postérieure est de même nature, mais comporte un chaînage. La façade occidentale est ornée d'un linteau monolithe comportant le tracé en plein cintre d'une moulure délimitant un tympan nu au-dessus duquel s'étagent des motifs gravés. Sur la façade nord ont été utilisées des plaques de calcaire gravées provenant sans doute de la première façade, détruite. L'intérieur conserve des fresques du 14e siècle.

History
The church presents two construction periods which correspond to a lengthening towards the west of the first nave. In its original state (10th century), the building comprised the apse as it appears and a nave. On resumption of work (1378), the length of the nave was increased. The semi-circular apse is vaulted with a barrel vault. The apse and the lateral walls resulting from the first campaign of work, present masonry in small coursed schist. The rear part is of the same nature, but includes a chain course. The western facade is decorated with a monolithic lintel featuring the round arch profile of a moulding defining a bare tympanum above which engraved motifs are tiered. On the north facade were used limestone plaques, engraved and probably coming from the first facade, destroyed. The interior retains frescoes from the 14th century.
