History
The base is composed of a flight of steps, a base of large stonework, a sculpted block, a cornice in inverted pyramid, painted in false bricks and false white joints. The cross is a Latin cross with lance-point extremities, decorated with four C-shaped volutes in flat iron, and below, two S-shaped volutes. The base presents at its centre a flat relief which is composed between two pilasters of a dove above a five-pointed star. On either side, two candlesticks.
