Le château de Montmarin a été bâti à l'emplacement de celui de la Tuaudière. Le château, ses communs et la chapelle délimitent une cour rectangulaire. L'intérieur est garni de boiseries du 17e siècle. Dans la bibliothèque, les boiseries de la partie centrale, de style 18e siècle, proviendraient du château voisin des Radrets. History
The château of Montmarin was built on the site of that of la Tuaudière. The château, its outbuildings and the chapel define a rectangular courtyard. The austere arrangement of the buildings corresponds to the architectural characteristics of the 17th century. The central block is accompanied by pavilions on each side. The interior is furnished with 17th century woodwork. In the library, the woodwork of the central part, in 18th century style, is said to come from the neighbouring château of les Radrets. The courtyard is bounded to the north-east by 19th century outbuildings, and to the north-west by the two pavilions and chapel of the same date as the château. The estate is completed by an entrance portal and a dovecote of uncertain date.
