Villa et ferme conçues par les frères Perret, aussi bien extérieurement qu'intérieurement. L'architecture anglo-normande était en faveur au début du 20e siècle. La conception des intérieurs est caractéristique des recherches décoratives qui se dégageaient alors des normes classiques. La plus grande partie de la villa a été réalisée en 1908. Deux ailes sud-est et nord-est ont été ajoutées en 1920. History
Villa and farm designed by the Perret brothers, both externally and internally. Anglo-Norman architecture was in favour in the early 20th century.
