History
This portal may once have been part of an old abbey of which traces of the chapel are found on the gable which stands to the right of the portal. The moulded frame forms pilasters on each side. Lintel in ogee, surmounted by a moulded drip also in ogee, resting on sculpted corbels. This portal closes a courtyard surrounded by old buildings. The gable on the right must be that of an old chapel transformed into dwellings. Two ogival openings can be made out there, now walled up.
