History
The whole construction is attributed to the 13th century, with Angevin influence. The first two bays of the nave were entirely reworked in the 15th century. Restorations were carried out in the late 19th century. The roof structure of the choir appears to date from the building's origin. The vault surmounting the third bay of the nave consists of an octagonal dome supported by eight ribs meeting at a hollow circular keystone. Above this bay stands the bell tower. In the 16th century, a system of defence was installed at the upper part of the walls, in the roof space. Formerly, the interior was decorated with 17th-century paintings which were later obliterated.
