En 1650, le fief fut érigé en châtellenie. En 1667, le domaine fut érigé en duché en faveur de Louise de la Baume le Blanc, maîtresse de Louis XIV. La porte en berceau a conservé sa triple rangée de corbeaux qui formaient les mâchicoulis du chemin de ronde. Elle est encadrée de deux tours rondes. Celle de gauche est une ancienne fuye, aménagée en chapelle au 19e siècle. Après le château se trouve un mur du 18e siècle, relié à un bâtiment du 17e siècle qui ferme la cour d'honneur au nord. La seconde cour est fermée au nord par un bâtiment de servitude du 17e siècle. Après la porte d'entrée se trouve la grange.

History
In 1650, the fief was erected into a castellany. In 1667, the estate was erected into a duchy in favour of Louise de la Baume le Blanc, mistress of Louis XIV. The barrel vault door has retained its triple row of corbels which formed the machicolations of the parapet walk. It is framed by two round towers. The one on the left is a former dovecote, converted into a chapel in the 19th century. After the castle is found a wall of the 18th century, connected to a building of the 17th century which closes the court of honour on the north. The second court is closed on the north by a service building of the 17th century. After the entrance door is found the barn.
