Historique
Le prieuré fut fondé en 1107 par Hugues 1er d'Amboise, qui le donna peu de temps après à l'abbaye de Pont-Leroy. Ce prieuré constituait un fief qui relevait du château d'Amboise. Le bâtiment du 16e siècle ici concerné était une dépendance du prieuré, sans doute le logis du prieur. Il est, avec la fuye, le seul vestige complet du couvent. Le logis se compose de deux corps de bâtiments, avec fenêtres à croisées de pierre. Le second bâtiment présente une façade nord supérieure construite en bois et hourdis. History
The priory was founded in 1107 by Hugues I of Amboise, who gave it shortly after to the abbey of Pont-Leroy. This priory constituted a fief which fell under the castle of Amboise. The 16th century building here in question was a dependency of the priory, no doubt the lodging of the prior. It is, with the dovecote, the only complete vestige of the convent. The lodging is composed of two building blocks, with windows of stone cross-openings. The second building presents a superior north façade built of timber and rubble infill. The dovecote, built of brick, is square externally and octagonal internally.
