History
The only church preserved of the three that existed in the town at the beginning of the 13th century. No remains earlier than the 12th century have been identified. The building in the form of a Latin cross presents two periods of construction. The nave in the Romanesque style was built at the end of the 12th or at the beginning of the 13th century. Around 1500, the transept and the choir were added to it. At the beginning of the 18th century, a massive bell tower was added, built by raising the western bay of the nave.
