Cet édifice constitue le dernier témoignage d'une maison seigneuriale des Pères Célestins de Paris, qui furent seigneurs de Marolles jusqu'à la suppression de leurs couvents sous la Révolution. Le bâtiment d'entrée, de plan carré, est représentatif de la fin du règne de Louis XIII ; il présente des parements de briques associés à des chaînes en pierre et comprend deux étages, dont l'un dans le comble. Une cheminée en pierre, située dans la salle du premier étage, présente des éléments sculptés en fort relief. L'édifice a été démonté en 2002.

History
This building constitutes the last testimony of a seigneurial house of the Celestine Fathers of Paris, who were lords of Marolles until the suppression of their convents during the Revolution. The entrance building, of square plan, is representative of the end of the reign of Louis XIII; it presents brick facing associated with stone chains and comprises two storeys, one of which is in the roof space. A stone chimney, located in the first-floor room, presents elements carved in high relief. The building was dismantled in 2002.
