Historique
Eglise construite en grande partie au 12e siècle, et terminée au 13e. A la fin du 15e siècle, l'ancien choeur fut détruit. Au début du 16e, le choeur polygonal actuel fut bâti, le comble du collatéral nord transformé par une série de gâbles. La charpente lambrissée qui recouvre la nef semble également dater de cette période. La façade principale de la nef possède les vestiges d'un ouvrage défensif se reliant aux anciennes fortifications de la ville. Les fenêtres hautes de la nef subsistent, ainsi que les petites arcatures en plein cintre pratiquées sous ces fenêtres et constituant une sorte de triforium. Les formerets des anciennes voûtes sont conservés, ainsi qu'un certain nombre d'éléments sculptés. Une colonnade en plâtre fut ajoutée en 1833.

History
Church built largely in the 12th century, and completed in the 13th. At the end of the 15th century, the old choir was destroyed. In the early 16th century, the present polygonal choir was built, the roof space of the north aisle transformed by a series of gables. The lambris roof structure which covers the nave also appears to date from this period. The main façade of the nave possesses the vestiges of a defensive work connecting with the old fortifications of the town. The high windows of the nave remain, as well as the small round-arch arcades practised beneath these windows and constituting a sort of triforium. The wall ribs of the old vaults are preserved, as well as a certain number of sculptural elements. A plaster colonnade was added in 1833.
