Les montants de la porte sont constitués par deux piliers ornés à l'intérieur d'arabesques et, sur le plat extérieur, de losanges. Deux chapiteaux identiques les couronnent à la naissance du tympan. Ce dernier est orné d'une coquille sous laquelle se trouve une inscription latine (Hors d'ici les querelleurs). Le quartier aurait abrité le tripot, ou jeu de paume de Jérusalem. Cette porte était sans doute son entrée.

History
The door jambs are constituted by two pillars ornamented inside with arabesques and, on the outer face, with lozenges. Two identical capitals crown them at the springing of the tympanum. The latter is ornamented with a shell beneath which is found a Latin inscription (Away from here troublemakers). The quarter is said to have housed the tripot, or real tennis court of Jerusalem. This door was doubtless its entrance.
