Puits faisant trois mètres de diamètre extérieur pour trente mètres de profondeur, surmonté d'une ferrure à quatre poulies, terminée par une couronne sans fleuron. Un treuil a été ajouté par la suite. Au fond du puits se trouve un rocher sous lequel arrive la source. Derrière le rocher, se trouve une haute galerie. L'ouvrage est réalisé en pierres de silex taillées et superposées. D'après la tradition, Jules César aurait présidé à la construction de ce puits.

History
Well measuring three metres in external diameter for thirty metres in depth, surmounted by ironwork with four pulleys, ending in a crown without finial. A winch was added later. At the bottom of the well is found a rock under which the spring arrives. Behind the rock is found a high gallery. The work is executed in cut and superimposed flint stones. According to tradition, Julius Caesar is said to have presided over the construction of this well.
