En 1290, une lettre royale de Philippe le Bel établit que la localité dépendait de la communauté de Cordes. L'église dépendait du chapitre cathédral d'Albi et avait pour annexe Saint-Martin de Campmars. History
In 1290, a royal letter from Philippe le Bel established that the locality was dependent on the commune of Cordes. The church was dependent on the cathedral chapter of Albi and had Saint-Martin de Campmars as an annex. The church has a single nave, of three bays, extended to the east by a large rectangular sanctuary and bordered by four chapels. A large bell tower, in part ancient, is placed above the first north chapel. The building preserves numerous Romanesque vestiges, including three historiated capitals. The vaults are Flamboyant (16th century), allowing us to distinguish two main building campaigns. The western portal shows a 14th century style.
