Historique
Dans la zone d'appellation contrôlée du Madiranais, ce chai déjà construit en 1813, dépend du domaine du château de Montus. Il constitue le troisième côté de la cour de la ferme le plus ancien, de plan rectangulaire, protégé au nord par un remblai et construit en galets avec chaîne d'angle en pierre, à toiture en croupe ; la façade sud offre un ordonnancement à deux travées de part et d'autre du grand portail. Au début des années 1990, le bâtiment a été restauré ; s'appuyant sur la partie nord de l 'édifice, un bâtiment en terrasse reliant le nouveau chai a été construit ; sa charpente en bois à 15 fermes a été restaurée, deux pièces de bois sans doute de réemploi portent deux dates, une du milieu du 16e siècle, l'autre du début du 17e siècle. L'intérieur du chai est occupé par 11 cuves en inox.

History
Within the controlled designation zone of Madiranais, this wine lodge already built in 1813, depends on the estate of the castle of Montus. It constitutes the third side of the courtyard of the oldest farm, of rectangular plan, protected to the north by a rampart and built in pebbles with ashlar quoins, with hip roof; the south façade presents an arrangement of two bays on either side of the great gate. In the early 1990s, the building was restored; resting on the north part of the building, a terraced building linking the new wine lodge was constructed; its timber roof structure with 15 principals was restored, two pieces of timber probably reused bear two dates, one from the middle of the 16th century, the other from the beginning of the 17th century. The interior of the wine lodge is occupied by 11 stainless steel vats.
