History
This former hotel has housed the town hall since the 19th century. The main façade presents a regular composition, enlivened by brick and stone polychromy. On the ground floor, five arcades correspond to the covered areas. The first floor is lit by eight windows. The openings are distributed symmetrically on either side of a central bay comprising an arcade, surmounted by two French windows beneath a shared triangular pediment. At the rear, the hotel opens onto a small interior courtyard. The three-flight staircase is housed in a perpendicular wing. The great hall, now the council meeting room, is covered with panels and overdoors ornamented with canvases. In the rooms on the façade, the fireplaces are in marble and the overdoors in grisaille.
