Côté ville, le parc aboutit au château. Côté rivière, se trouvent des jardins en terrasses à l'italienne. Cette résidence a sans doute été édifiée au début du 17e siècle. Le bâtiment des communs a été construit au 19e siècle à l'emplacement de l'ancienne entrée du parc où l'on arrivait par une grande allée aboutissant à une sorte de cour d'honneur demi-circulaire. Sur un dessin de 1663, seuls existaient le château et le pavillon de lecture, ainsi que les terrasses et le bassin circulaire. Les architectures du parc sont en brique ; balustrades et mains-courantes en pierre. Les marches sont en dalles de pierre et carreaux de terre cuite. Les deux façades du château sont ornées d'un motif central. Un fronton circulaire couronne les deux motifs d'entrée et forme une saillie prononcée au-dessus de la toiture à faible pente. L'intérieur a été fort remanié et ne conserve que quelques ornements sculptés en sous-sol.

History
On the town side, the park ends at the château. On the river side, there are terraced gardens in the Italian manner. This residence was probably built in the early 17th century. The outbuilding was constructed in the 19th century at the location of the former entrance to the park where one arrived by a great avenue leading to a kind of semi-circular court of honour. On a drawing of 1663, only the château and the reading pavilion existed, as well as the terraces and the circular basin. The park architecture is in brick; balustrades and handrails in stone. The steps are in stone slabs and terracotta tiles. The two façades of the château are ornamented with a central motif. A circular pediment crowns the two entrance motifs and forms a pronounced projection above the low-pitched roof. The interior has been greatly altered and retains only a few sculpted ornaments in the basement.
