Hôtel particulier édifié par le comte François Prud'Homme de Saint-Maur. Il conserve, par la pureté de son architecture, toutes les caractéristiques du style Premier Empire. C'est dans cet immeuble qu'est né, le 9 février 1846, Arthur Batut, créateur de la photographie aérienne automatique. Les fenêtres sont encadrées de colonnes à chapiteaux, architrave et fronton triangulaire d'influence gréco-romaine. Corniches très ouvragée, couronnée d'une cimaise avec modillons. Au rez-de-chaussée, des baies cintrées avec écusson, s'alternent avec des baies rectangulaires également très ouvragées. L'immeuble se prolonge par une terrasse de même style, couronnée par une cimaise à denticules.

History
Private residence built by the count François Prud'Homme de Saint-Maur. It preserves, by the purity of its architecture, all the characteristics of the First Empire style. It is in this building that Arthur Batut was born, on 9 February 1846, creator of automatic aerial photography. The windows are framed with columns with capitals, architrave and triangular pediment of Greco-Roman influence. Very ornate cornices, crowned with a cymatium with modillions. On the ground floor, arched openings with escutcheon alternate with rectangular openings also very ornate. The building extends through a terrace of the same style, crowned by a cymatium with dentils.
