History
The year 1671 is engraved on a reused lintel, but the construction is certainly earlier. The domain consists of a fortified château and a farm. The buildings comprise a round tower containing a spiral staircase; a square building covered with a pavilion roof; to the east, constructions appearing to have been simple outbuildings; to the east also, a building flanked by a round tower in corbelling; residential constructions separated from each other by a thick wall and without connection, also flanked by a corbelled tower at the angle; to the south, an oblong tower housing the grand staircase, bearing in the north-east angle a corbelled turret. It seems that the complication of this plan results from the adaptation of residential buildings to the vestiges of a pre-existing castle-fort. In the interior, certain rooms retain fireplaces.
