Chapelle votive se composant d'une nef terminée par une abside demi-circulaire en retrait. Elle possède à l'ouest un clocher-pignon à baie géminée, flanquée de deux contreforts à larmiers. Une grande baie cintrée à barreaux en fer forgé permet aux voyageurs de vénérer la Pietà. Un vaste auvent formant comme une seconde nef, enjambe la chaussée voisine pour s'asseoir au-dessus des gradins, pratiqués dans le roc de la colline voisine. Cette chapelle est ornée de fresques : une scène apocryphe de la vie de la Vierge et, au-dessus, son Assomption.

History
Votive chapel consisting of a nave terminated by a semi-circular apse set back. It has to the west a porch tower with a twinned opening, flanked by two buttresses with water drips. A large round-arched opening with wrought-iron bars allows travellers to venerate the Pietà. A vast canopy forming as it were a second nave spans the neighbouring roadway to rest above steps practised in the rock of the neighbouring hill. This chapel is decorated with frescoes: an apocryphal scene from the life of the Virgin and, above, her Assumption.
