Historique
Le fort était constitué à l'origine d'un donjon et d'un bâtiment accolé. Le château fut reconstruit après l'incendie de 1586 provoqué par les guerres de Religion, en le prolongeant, au nord, par un logis flanqué d'une tour ronde. A l'intérieur, les pièces de réception du rez-de-chaussée ont conservé leur décor du début du 20e siècle. History
The fort was originally constituted of a keep and an attached building. The castle was rebuilt after the fire of 1586 caused by the Wars of Religion, by extending it to the north with a dwelling flanked by a round tower. Inside, the reception rooms of the ground floor have preserved their decoration of the early 20th century. The great salon is adorned with a monumental wooden fireplace, decorated with three niches, lion's muzzles and inverted consoles.
