Historique

History
The origins of the oratory would be very ancient. The present building must have replaced an earlier construction and dates from the end of the 16th century. Desecrated and then abandoned during the Wars of Religion, the oratory was returned to worship in 1634 on the orders of the bishop of Cahors. The oratory is of square plan, with a single bay on rib vault. The vault, which collapsed in 1948, was replaced by a ceiling of Isorel panels. The main façade is pierced by a large round arch opening, framed by pilasters resting on stylobates.
