D'après la tradition locale, l'église aurait été construite avec les matériaux provenant des ruines de l'église du monastère de Caminel. Abside à voûte en cul de four. Quatre arcades cintrées sur colonnes à chapiteaux frustes (feuilles, godrons, personnages, ciseaux) supportent une voûte d'arête ayant remplacé la coupole d'origine dont les culots de pendentifs sont conservés. L'architecture dénote plusieurs époques, du 12e au 14e siècle.

History
According to local tradition, the church was said to have been built with materials from the ruins of the church of the monastery of Caminel. Apse with quarter-vault. Four round-arched arcades on columns with plain capitals (leaves, fluting, figures, scissors) support a groin vault which replaced the original dome, whose pendentive corbels are preserved. The architecture denotes several periods, from the 12th to the 14th century.
