Demeure de Claude Augé, directeur de la maison Larousse de 1885 à 1920. La façade adopte un style pseudo classique avec baies géminées, loggia soulignée d'un balcon à balustres. Le décor de la façade est fait de moulures aux encadrements des baies, agrafes, figures d'enfants, consoles à décor végétal, chapiteaux ornés d'artichauts, chainages d'angles, cartouches. L'une des deux portes donne accès à la cour intérieure. A l'intérieur, un escalier secondaire à rampe de bois et balustres de fer dessert les appartements. A une seule volée au départ, il devient à deux volées latérales distinctes à partir du premier palier. La cour intérieure est ceinturée, à l'étage, d'un balcon protégé par une verrière. Les pièces principales d'apparat et la cage principale d'escalier sont ornées de vitraux aux motifs végétaux avec oiseaux, ou exotiques. L'éclairage du grand escalier se fait par une verrière zénithale hexagonale. Au sol, mosaïques début de siècle. Papiers peints de style Art Nouveau. Dans le salon, cheminée de style Troubadour.

History
Dwelling of Claude Augé, director of the Larousse company from 1885 to 1920. The façade adopts a pseudo-classical style with geminate openings, loggia underlined by a balcony with balustrades. The decoration of the façade is made up of mouldings at the frames of the openings, corbels, figures of children, consoles with vegetative decoration, capitals ornamented with artichokes, corner quoins, cartouches. One of the two doors gives access to the inner courtyard. Inside, a secondary staircase with wooden rail and iron balustrades serves the apartments. Single-flight at the start, it becomes two distinct lateral flights from the first landing onwards. The inner courtyard is surrounded, at the upper floor, by a balcony protected by a glass canopy. The main reception rooms and the main stairwell are decorated with stained glass with vegetative motifs with birds, or exotic ones. The lighting of the grand staircase is by means of a hexagonal roof light. At ground level, mosaics from the turn of the century. Art Nouveau wallpapers. In the drawing room, a chimney in Troubadour style.
