Le bâti pourrait remonter au 14e siècle. Emplacement et disposition classiques d'une halle de bastide dans le sud-ouest. Avant l'édifice actuel, la halle servait également d'hôtel de ville. Les cornières de la place sont à arc plein cintre ou à poutre droite. L'ouvrage de plan carré repose sur seize supports, dont quatre piliers centraux de section carrée. Les piliers du pourtour sont de section octogonale. Dans la charpente est prise une pièce qui servait autrefois aux assemblées de la communauté. Elle est construite en colombage et pisé.

History
The structure might date to the 14th century. Typical location and disposition of a market hall in a bastide in the south-west. Before the present building, the hall also served as a town hall. The corners of the square have round-arch or straight-beam arcading. The square-plan structure rests on sixteen supports, of which four central pillars of square section. The perimeter pillars are of octagonal section. In the roof structure is taken a piece which formerly served the assemblies of the community. It is built of timber framing and pisé.
