L'ancien château a dû être construit à l'emplacement d'une motte féodale. L'édifice se composait d'un grand polygone de murs très épais. History
The former castle must have been built on the site of a feudal motte. The edifice consisted of a large polygon of very thick walls. At one of the angles stood the keep of square plan, half of which collapsed in 1879. Two doors with lintels of flat stone resting on a series of corbels allow it to be dated to the 14th century.
