En 1620, l'emplacement est vendu à Jean Marvéjol qui fit construire l'hôtel actuel. La façade de briques rouges s'ouvre au rez-de-chaussée par une porte cintrée en pierre de taille et une arcade de boutique en plein cintre. A l'intérieur, la disposition générale est encore celle du Moyen-Age. Le corridor d'entrée conduit dans une cour qui a conservé son puits. Trois étages de galeries de bois, avec balustres renflés, pénètrent par de vastes baies cintrées dans la cage d'escalier et la relient au corps de logis. Cette maison est un exemple rare des constructions toulousaines du début du 17e siècle, dites de style Louis XIII.

History
In 1620, the site is sold to Jean Marvéjol who had the present hôtel built. The façade of red brick opens on the ground floor by a round-arched stone door and a round-arch shop arcade. Inside, the general layout is still that of the Middle Ages. The entrance corridor leads into a courtyard which has retained its well. Three storeys of wooden galleries with swelled balusters open through vast round-arched openings into the stair cage and connect it to the main dwelling. This house is a rare example of Toulouse construction of the early 17th century, known as Louis XIII style.
