Les seigneurs de Gensac sont nommés dès le 12e siècle. Château construit en briques sur un plan rectangulaire avec, aux angles, quatre pavillons. Une corniche saillante de briques sépare le rez-de-chaussée de l'étage, et court au-dessous du toit. La porte d'entrée est en plein cintre. Une porte fenêtre rectangulaire lui correspond au milieu de la façade arrière.

History
The lords of Gensac are named from the 12th century. Castle built in brick on a rectangular plan with, at the angles, four pavilions. A projecting brick cornice separates the ground floor from the storey, and runs below the roof. The entrance door is a round arch. A rectangular French window corresponds to it in the middle of the rear façade.
